No. The Buying Week suits both first-time buyers and experienced purchasers who want better supplier access and logistics clarity.
Is this a shopping tour?
No. This is a guided sourcing experience. You are shown how to assess quality, pricing, and suppliers, with no pressure to purchase.
How many people attend each Buying Week?
Group sizes are intentionally kept small to allow personalised guidance and meaningful supplier access.
What happens after the Buying Week ends?
If you choose to purchase items, shipping and logistics are planned so your goods can be safely delivered to Australia.
SECTION 2 — SHIPPING QUESTIONS
What can be shipped from Bali to Australia?
Most furniture, homewares, décor items, and retail stock can be shipped. Certain restricted or prohibited items cannot be shipped, and you’ll be advised before anything is collected.
Can I ship a small amount, or do I need a full container?
You can ship anything from a single box to shared container space or a full container.
Is GST payable on imports into Australia?
Yes. Australian import requirements include a mandatory 10% GST, applied to the product amount shown on your supplier’s invoice/s. This is explained clearly before shipping so there are no surprises.
Where are items collected from in Bali?
Items can be collected directly from suppliers, villas, hotels, or warehouses, depending on your situation.
Do you handle everything from Bali to Australia?
Yes. The process is managed end-to-end, including collection, professional packing, export preparation, import coordination, and delivery.
How does the shipping process work?
Once your supplier has your order ready, you send the invoice/s via WhatsApp. Collection, professional packing, export preparation, and placement into the next available shipment are handled for you. The process is managed end-to-end with transparency and care.

All items are packed carefully, but international shipping carries inherent risk. Expectations and packing methods are explained clearly before shipping.
